Effective immediately, the Top Shop program is open to QBP-affiliated shops that ship bikes, wheels and gear via

“We’re pleased to roll out our Top Shop program at a time when bike shops are increasingly expanding their e-commerce offerings and have a greater need to ship bikes, wheels and gear with confidence to their customers,” said William Alcorn, President of “Bike shops can also use to send components like forks and shocks to QBP’s Shock Treatment Center for service while also shipping bikes, wheels and gear between shops or on behalf of their customers.”

Per the new program, all bicycle retailers with a QBP account number are invited to list their shops in’s recently enhanced Bike Shop Finder, which is searchable by location. Inclusion in the Shop Finder is a way for shops to attract more paying customers. Upon activating their listing, shops will be prompted to specify which in-store or mobile services they offer, such as packing, assembly, serving as a pickup or delivery location and certified e-bike shipping. Customers using the Bike Shop Finder can filter by proximity as well as by service and quickly access important details like shop hours of operation and contact info.

In addition to the fast delivery, great prices and excellent service that come with every shipment, QBP shops will also enjoy a discount that is automatically applied at the time of each booking toward shipping costs, pickup fees and protection.

“When came to us to discuss how we could work together to support bicycle retailers, we were excited to explore how we could help to expand retailers’ service offerings to consumers while also saving retailers on shipping expenses. We believe that the Top Shop Program is an excellent value add that bike retailers can offer consumers,” said Todd Cravens, Vice President of Business Development.

QBP shops will soon have access to more perks through the Top Shop program including discounts on shipping cost-optimized cardboard bike and frame shipping boxes, priority shipment monitoring and educational webinars explaining shipping best practices.

QBP is communicating directly with its retailers regarding how they can sign up for the Top Shop program. Participation in the program is free for all QBP shops.
