While the organization is still working on some major surprise announcements to make, we are happy to announce 3 different competitions with plenty of divisions to register for and new family competition format never seen before, making it a true family weekend of sports.
On May 22, Friday afternoon, starting at 5:30 pm CHALLENGELISBOA will host the first ever Parents & Kids Aquathlon, a different team fun competition format in which the parents and kids actually race together side by side from start to finish, a dream both always had and now have a chance to fulfill.
This new family format race will feature a 200 meters swim and a 1 km run. An event design with the true family experience at hart making it possible for all athletes racing on Saturday to join the fun on the previous day without taking a toll on race day performance.
On Saturday May 23 will take place the middle-distance race with the individual and team divisions, as well as the Olympic plus.
As not all is sports, families will have the opportunity to enjoy the CHALLENGELISBOA Triathlon Village with activities and food stands to enjoy.
CHALLENGELISBOA takes place in one of the most amazing race venues in the world, right in the heart of the city with one of the only bike courses closed to traffic 100%.
CHALLENGELISBOA is a qualifying race for THECHAMPIONSHIP. Lisboa expects 1.500 plus athletes and 3.000 plus friends and family members coming from over 45 countries.
