Join us for this accurately measured, traffic free Ultra, Marathon or Half Marathon A firm favourite amongst endurance runners, this year sees our seventh staging of The Twilight Run taking place at the Redbridge Cycle Centre in East London. The secure, traffic-free, undulating, tarmac route sees runners covering multiple laps of the 2k cycle circuit finishing on what will, hopefully, be a balmy summers evening. The Redbridge Cycle Circuit is a purpose built sporting facility with great facilities for both spectators and runners alike. There is plenty of on-site parking plus food and drink facilities. The event features a choice of three distances from half marathon through to a 50k ultra distance, with start times varying according to the distance you select. If you aim high and select the 50k option, you can always step down to a shorter distance after you have started. The event is notorious for its well-stocked aid stations featuring hot and cold drinks on each lap – plus a selection of food and snacks from freshly made sandwiches through to soup and jelly babies! So, if you are looking for something a little bit different to the big city, mass participation marathons then this could be the event for you! The race is perfect for runners of all abilities, from those looking to complete their first ultra or marathon distance to seasoned long distance runners. Join us in one of London’s most iconic Royal Parks for a speedy 10k! The Regent’s Park 10k returns for a fourth year in 2022 to the beautiful surroundings of Regent’s Park. Situated in the heart of London, the course will take you past the world-famous London Zoo, look out for a glimpse of the animals on your way past! The course will take in the sights of the park, including, the boating lake and down the famous Regent’s Park Broad Walk. You will also pass the Money Fountain and alongside London Zoo. The route is completely self-contained within the boundaries of the park with no roads to cross and no vehicles to contend with. The event is a family friendly event and in addition to the main 10k race, there is an Adults Fun Run, of around 2 miles which will start at the same time as the 10k race at 09.00am. There is also a short Children’s Race which will start at 08.45am. The race is perfect for runners of all abilities, from those looking to complete their first 10k distance to seasoned 10k runners looking for a new PB.
