The Burrator 10K is a fast, flat route that is almost all on tarmac. For 2022 we will have fully closed roads and are moving it to Saturday evening which will make for cooler conditions & reduce the non-race traffic trying to access the reservoir.
UK License applied for & will be run under UK athletics rules with results appearing on Power of 10. The course was remeasured for 2019 and the start is now right on the Dam bridge.
The setting is stunning but it’s also perfect for a PB! It starts 0.5 miles south east of the visitor centre and does one complete loop of the reservoir and then 2/3rds of a second loop before finishing at exactly 10K about 300 metres from HQ (the visitor centre). There is just 90 metres of climbing on this course and we’re sure a top runner in good conditions could break 30 minutes. However it’s also ideal for fun runners and beginners and many competitors notch up PBs here.

Our Summer 10K Series returns in 2022 but those looking for a lighter challenge can join us for one of our 5K events and, if a 10K isn’t challenging enough, maybe our spring Half Marathon is suitable! Participants should note that, with a 2-hour limit, the Half Marathon is recommended for intermediate runners only.
Running alongside London Zoo, lucky runners will spot camels, giraffes (or even some big cats!), while other sections of the course take you past the tranquil boating lake, floral gardens and centuries-old statues and monuments.
With acres of open space for relaxing and recovering with friends, you’ll be able to make a great trip out to celebrate one of your fastest 5K, 10K or Half Marathon times, recorded by chip-timing on these officially measured courses.
There’s no finish line feeling quite like The Regent’s Park!
Event merchandise is available for purchase during registration for delivery by the following weekend when ordered by Sunday.
The monthly 10K events taking place on the 1st Sunday of April to September are part of The Regent’s Park Summer 10K Series. Whilst we welcome participants who only wish to register for a single event, discounted entry is available when entering all 6 events in the series (prior to the first event only).
All of our events are organised following government and governing body COVID-19 guidance. We will continue to ensure that we deliver safe and enjoyable events.
Entry on the day will be subject to availability and a £5 surcharge.

New coastal ultramarathon, half marathon & 10K along Cumbria’s coast.
As part of Connecting Cumbria’s Hidden Coast Programme funded by Coastal Communities Fund and Sellafield Ltd, Copeland Borough Council are working with partners to host a brand new running event the length of the borough.
Largely following the line of the designated England Coastal Path, the challenge route will stretch from Millom in the south to Whitehaven in the north. Linking in to the wider programme the coastline will eventually see improvements in infrastructure, new art installations and will enable people to explore Copeland’s art, culture and heritage using the natural environment.
So what to expect? Sweeping views and the sound of the waves, robust route signage, friendly marshals and support, the best race medal and amazing goody bag (we put the ‘good’ in goody bag), and a vibrant Event Village with music and food vans. What’s not to like?

On the go since 2004, the Men’s 10K Glasgow has firmly set itself as THE run for men in the west. The life expectancy of a man in Scotland is, shockingly, still the lowest in Europe and three years less than in England and Wales. Suicide, in addition to other mental health problems, continues to be an issue of high significance to men in Scotland. Suicide is the biggest killer of young people (18-34) in Scotland and almost three out of four suicides are by men. Our aim is to help change this, little by little – and the Men’s 10K is how we are doing it!

Hosting the Surrey 10k Championships and part of the Surrey Road League, this is a fast and fun 10k in a great location by the Thames near Richmond. It’s a great opportunity for a PB on the flat two-lap course run part on roads and part on Thames Towpath. The start and finish are very close to the race HQ in Ham, not far from Richmond. Toilets and changing will be provided there. There is chip timing, and a great memento for all finishers. “A running event organised by runners as you ticked all the boxes most other races miss. Great job!”

This is where it all began.
The Leeds 10K was Jane Tomlinson’s vision. Jane founded the race using funds she raised by completing a series of astonishing endurance challenges, all whilst battling terminal cancer.
Jane died in 2007 soon after launching the first 10K. Today, the event has grown to become the highlight of the city’s running calendar; a hugely popular, inclusive and superbly-supported race for participants of all abilities.
In many ways, the Leeds 10k captures the can-do, inspirational spirit of its founder.
Throughout the route that takes in many of the city’s historic landmarks, crowds come out in force. A fantastic atmosphere and friendly volunteers make the event unforgettable for all.
Whether you’re running for a PB, fundraising for a cause close to your heart, or simply aiming to get round and enjoy the day, this is the event for you.
