5th annual Run Middlewich 5K. Great way to test yourself on a fast canalside trail run, or to complete your first Couch to 5K.
Join us on May 14th for the official Middlewich 5k sponsored by Holdcroft Nissan. The route is mostly off road, taking in some of the beautiful canals and trails of the town. The race will be officially measured and will be chip timed. Although mostly flat, runners will face the famous Middlewich 3 Lock Challenge. All runners will receive a Medal and a goodie bag.
The race starts at The Big Lock Pub at 11:00am and finishes at Middlewich Cricket Club. Registration and refreshments will be at Middlewich Cricket Club from 09:00am. The Family Fun Run starts at the Cricket Club at 10:00am. Prizes for top 3 males and females, and prizes for age group winners (V40, V50, and V60)
