The Cyclopark, in Gravesend, renowned for its national cycling events will be swapping wheels for trainers for the day, providing a unique opportunity for the community to come together and take part in the first ever Healing Zone Half Marathon on 12th April 2020.

The challenging but fun 13.1 mile route awaits participants of all abilities who will be running to raise money for two very worthwhile charities: The Ellenor and The Cyclopark Charity Trust.

Kyle Borley, Events Manager at the Cyclopark said: “With a set charitable objective of using this outstanding sports facility to offer cycling, fitness and well-being to all ages and abilities within the local community and wider, when the chance to get involved with such an exciting event project in partnership with The Healing Zone came about, we couldn’t refuse. With funds going towards the purchase of children’s adaptive bikes along with supporting amazing projects at The Ellenor, we hope this will be a fantastic day that everyone can get involved in”

Cheryl Morton, owner of The Healing Zone, a sports injury clinic based at the Cyclopark said, “It’s a real privilege to able to put on an event to raise vital funds for two amazing local charities and hopefully bring the community together for a really fun day.
