Entries are now open for the Croydon Half Marathon, which returns for its seventh consecutive year on Sunday April 2nd 2017. Organised by Striders of Croydon, the undulating, accurately measured, two-lap course is perfect for people new to half marathon running or those looking for a last long run before their spring marathons.

The Croydon Half Marathon is a well organised local race. The friendly field of around 500 welcomes runners of all abilities and there is plenty of support from well-wishers and helpful marshals along the route.
The race features chip timing and medals for all finishers. There are prizes on offer to leading men and ladies plus a variety of age category prizes and team prizes for both men and women. Charitable donations from the event will be made to Sandilands Clubs and other local charities.

Excellent facilities include changing rooms, showers, toilets, covered baggage store and a bar serving refreshments.
