Extreme endurance adventurer Sean Conway is currently running from John O’Groats to Land’s End in his bid to become the first person to complete the Ultimate British Triathlon having already swum and cycled the 1,000 mile route.
Discovery Channel is delighted to announce that he’s set to reach Manchester on Saturday when you’ll have the chance to run a mile alongside him!
Date: Saturday 18 April (subject to change)
Time: 10am (run to start at 10.15am)
Location: Buile Hill Park, Eccles Old Road, Salford, Manchester, M6 8GL
Should Sean encounter any setbacks on his journey the event may move by a day or so and we will keep you fully updated via the website by visiting the Local Events page and both Discovery and Sean’s Twitter pages.
Discovery Channel is following Sean every step of the way for a special documentary to be shown early this summer – and you can track his journey by visiting the Make Your World Bigger hub at www.discoveryuk.com.
If you do plan on coming to meet Sean for a leisurely mile-long run in Manchester, it would be great if you could let us know by sending a tweet using #runwithseanmcr.
