Learning from the Pros: Mirinda Carfrae


Today I want to take a look at some great footage that coach Mat Steinmetz has provided, featuring pro triathlete Mirinda Carfrae on a one hour training run after a 100 mile bike session.

Check-out the video above for some insights into what it takes to run 2hr50 and change off the bike at the Ironman World Championships, as Mirinda did to set the course record at Kona, that still stands.
