Less Bounce & the Panache Sports Bra review

To put it bluntly, when I first took up running a couple of years ago, there were a few sniggers about black eyes from friends and family, and they were right! I quickly learnt that investing in a decent sports bra (and at the time it did seem like a real investment) was money well spent.

Despite losing a bit of weight all over, including a cup size or two, I’m still very much in the “needs substantial support” category, so finding Less Bounce was fantastic.

They have a HUGE range of sports bras, from Shock Absorber (my old faithful!) to Freya to Panache & many more. They even do horse riding bras, I didn’t even know there was such a thing, but it makes perfect sense.

But better than their range, their customer service is second to none. They’ll advise with style, make and most importantly with size. I didn’t realise that sports bra sizing can be a bit different to your regular bra and will also vary in brand, so they’ll help you with that too.

I got this amazing Panache Sports Bra. It comes in a few colours but this bright ones was an instant winner for me.

Unlike my regular Shock Absorber Ultimate Run Bra, this Panache number had separate cups, and it really makes a difference. It’s comfortable, more supportive and less (c’mon we all know it happens) sweaty!

I wear my Garmin heart rate strap and sometimes I have issues with the strap and bra edge rubbing, but this isn’t a problem with this one.

And on top of it all it’s nice and bright for my summer kit!

Both Less Bounce & Panache get the thumbs up from me.
