Shrewsbury Half Marathon - Beat The May 31st Price Rise
We return to our original route in 2022, starting and finishing at The Shropshire County Showground. The beautiful opening to the race starts by hugging the River Severn for the first two miles, running through the stunning Quarry park, before entering the Town. You will then run through the town centre passing medieval black and white buildings dating back hundreds of years. The second half of the race takes you out into the lovely Shropshire Countryside, where from 18km onwards you will enjoy a nice decline to help with your fast finish towards the West Mid Showground. Early Bird (ends May 31st) entry costs £29 (affiliated) / £31 (unaffiliated) and includes: - Fully road closed event
