Fitnesss Experience are hosting the ultimate fitness weekend to kick start your fitness.
Whatever your level of fitness, their specialist & experienced coaches will be on hand to deliver a weekend of fun and progressive exercise.
2 nights and 3 days of structured exercise sessions, nutritious meals, fitness and fun awaits in the South Shropshire Hills.

Here is the itinerary for the weekend:
Friday 25th September
4pm onwards: Arrival
4-6pm: Fitness Assessments
7-8.30pm: Evening Meal
8.30-9.30pm: Night Trekking
Saturday 26th September
6.30-7.15am: Team Fitness Trail (hill walk/run with a few surprises along the way!)
7.15-8am: HIIT Bootcamp
9-12pm: Hiking/trekking/running & coaching sessions
1.30-2.30pm: Caveman Training
2.30-4pm: Free time to use onsite Swimming pool, sauna, steam room & relax!
4-5.30pm: Team games (frisbee, touch rugby, tug o war, stuck in the mud!)
6-7pm: Evening meal
7-7.30pm: Firewood collection
8pm onwards: Campefire/quiz/chat! (or alternative indoor team games weather dependant)
Sunday 27th September
6-6.45am: Team Fitness Trail
6.45-7.30am: HIIT Bootcamp
10.30-11.30am: Running Interval Training
12.30-4pm: Pilates, Personal Training & Core Strength sessions
