When: Every Wednesday at 6:30 or 7.00pm (see schedule below)
Where: We meet at Fox Valley, Stocksbridge, Sheffield.
Who’s Who: The club is ran by Richard Hayes.
Anything Else We Should Know: We rotate on the following sessions currently: Week.1 6/7 miles at around 10 – 10:30 min pace. Week.2 is 8 miles starting @ 6:30pm again at around 10:10:30 min pace. Week3 is week 1 repeated. Week 4 is 6 miles with sub 9 minute mile pace. This is the faster week, which we do once every 4 weeks.
In September we plan on starting a couch to 5k group on a Monday.
