The organisers of OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO 2020 have confirmed that only 100 places remain for the marathon race at the event on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March 2020.
The AIMS-accredited OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO is known for being flat and fast, making it an ideal race for runners of all levels as well as a superb chance for a PB. The 26.2 mile route follows the spectacular coastal road from the centre of Limassol and out along the Mediterranean coastline to the ruins of the ancient city of Amathus, before turning back to the city.
Over 15,000 athletes will gather in Limassol next month for this popular weekend celebration of running. They can look forward to magnificent views over the sparkling sea, a beautiful spring climate, first-class hospitality and a warm and friendly welcome, making this a perfect post-winter escape.
In addition to the marathon race, the weekend includes Limassol Half Marathon, Petrolina 10K Energy Race and Medochemie 5K City Race. Top British pacer Paul Addicott will be heading up a pacer team in the marathon and half marathon races, helping runners to reach their race targets.

Entry to OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO on 21st-22nd March 2020 is still open. Fees are as follows: Marathon €60 (100 places left), Half Marathon €45, Petrolina 10K Energy Race €30 and 5K City Race €30.
