Entries are open for Challenge Gunsan-Saemangeum, taking place on 12 July 2026 on Korea’s spectacular west coast. Expect a fast, scenic middle-distance course set against the iconic Saemangeum seawall and coastal landscape.
This middle-distance event features a 1.9 km swim, a 90 km bike along scenic coastal roads and the world’s longest seawall, and a 21.1 km run with breath-taking views, all in a truly unique destination where Korea’s rich history meets future innovation.
In addition, for 2026, the race launches the “Hero of the People” promotion, a special initiative that will award 10 full participation-fee waivers (excluding the registration fee) to deserving teachers as a thank-you in recognition of their dedication to shaping the future.
Entries open on 16 January.
