Organisers UK Run Events have been keen to continue their drive to offer water cartons at the finish line, as they did at the highly successful Shrewsbury Half Marathon this summer. Finishers at The Running Festival at Goodwood will therefore receive a carton of One Water as they cross the finish line, as well as bottles of One Water on the course. One Water is British still spring water and the UK’s leading ethical drinks brand, with every bottle sold helping to fund life-changing clean water and sanitation projects in the world’s poorest communities.

The Running Festival at Goodwood is looking forward to making its mark as an end-of-season Run Party welcoming many different running clubs and communities. Run Mummy Run will have a welcome area in the Jackie Stewart Pavilion as well as its own waves in the 10K and Half Marathon, with over 250 women confirmed for the event.

Race Director Joe Williams commented, “We are incredibly excited about The Running Festival at Goodwood and we can’t wait to welcome everyone this weekend. It will be wonderful to see young runners and their families kick off the day with the Family Mile and then cheer on the 10K and Half Marathon runners, many of whom will be raising valuable funds for the RNLI. There will also be a good number of runners contributing their race effort to Ronhill’s #RunEveryDay challenge. Good luck to all our runners and we look forward to seeing you on Sunday!”
