ASICS continues to celebrate the uplifting effect of running on women with their This Is For Me campaign and the launch of its autumn women’s collection.

That’s how Abena Stanic, ASICS ambassador and featured in the new campaign alongside two fellow female ambassadors, describes her relationship with running: “Everything that I deem overwhelming seems manageable after every run and I always feel reborn and reconnected to myself.”
ASICS’ This Is For Me campaign is encouraging women to get moving and experience the uplifting effect of movement on their body and mind. With the right products to support this journey, ASICS hopes to get her moving to conquer the everyday challenges.
This year’s autumn/winter women’s collection is designed to keep women moving throughout the seasons. Featuring soft and stretchy jacquard fabric, versatile layering pieces and quick-drying technology the collection aims to keep runners warm and comfortable when the weather is not. The warm colourways are inspired by Koyo, Japan’s eye-catching autumn leaves.
Collection highlights include the Padded Vest, a versatile layering piece with an insulation padding made from sustainable oyster shell material to keep the upper body warm. With cooling effects to keep runners dry and comfortable from the inside out, the Mock Neck LS Top is lightweight and quick drying, ideal as a second layer in colder weather or on its own when the sun comes out. Regardless of the weather, the Jacquard Run Tight is ideal for any run, featuring high waist support and super soft jacquard fabric to keep women moving without distractions.
The GEL-NIMBUSTM 24 and GEL-KAYANOTM 29 shoes of the collection have been designed to cater to the needs of female runners. This includes adjusted sole heights, softer materials and space TRUSSTICTM technology to support female runners as they flow through their stride.
