Athletes who like a real challenge can enjoy a really nice concept this summer: CHALLENGEST.PÖLTEN, CHALLENGEKAISERWINKL-WALCHSEE and CHALLENGEDAVOS join forces with a so-called ‘Challenge the Alps’. Athletes who compete in all three races and master the many metres of altitude will not only get a nice discount at registration, but also will be rewarded with a very special medal afterwards. Only 50 athletes will have the opportunity to face this unique challenge.
The ‘climbing journey’ will start with CHALLENGEST.PÖLTEN on May 24th. The race is based in lower Austria, featuring a dreamlike backdrop with its two-lakes swim, spectacular bike course and incredible scenic views. Next stop is CHALLENGEKAISERWINKL-WALCHSEE on June 28th. Athletes will swim in the crystal clear waters and during the bike and run they will enjoy spectacular views of the mountain range of the famous Wilder Kaiser. Final Destination of Challenge the Alps will be CHALLENGEDAVOS on Augustus 29th. The swim course with its pristine waters will impress for sure, while the incredible bike course up the closed to traffic Flüelapass will be unforgettable as well. The run course will lead athletes through the amazing Mattawald and offers breath-taking views on Davos and surrounding mountains.

Registrations for Challenge the Alps are open. Only one registration is required to be part of all three races and in addition you will save 100 Euros compared to individual registration at these events. Registration for the Challenge Alps is open until April, 30.
