The annual Blenheim Palace Triathlon returns in 2025 for its twenty-first edition, with an added element of competition.
The unique two-day takeover of the UNESCO world heritage site will once again feature the usual race distances, Super Sprint, Sprint, Relay or Weekend Warrior, designed for all levels of experience.
Alongside these, 2025’s Blenheim Palace Triathlon will also be a key part of three prestigious qualifiers and national championships in 2025, hosting the following draft-legal race championships:
European Sprint Distance Triathlon Championships Age Group Qualifier
British Sprint Distance Triathlon Championships
English Championships
Those entering the qualifiers are required to be members of the British Triathlon Federation and be eligible for participation.
Event organiser Ian Allerton, from Motiv Sports UK, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be hosting the BTF British Championships, the English Championships and the ETU European qualifier this year at the Blenheim Palace Triathlon. These races will bring an exciting and added competitive element to this year’s event, and we’re excited to welcome all those joining us to take part on race day.
“In addition to this, the Blenheim Palace Triathlon will continue to welcome athletes of all abilities across the different events over the weekend. From beginners and first timers, to returning triathletes and our ever-impressive Weekend Warriors, the event continues to be a popular choice for all due to its stunning venue and family-friendly atmosphere.”
