The North Face Kendal Skyline Ultra returned to the Kendal Mountain Festival for its second year, offering runners a challenging but rewarding 50km route with 900m of elevation. The course followed a scenic line across local landmarks including The Helm, Scout Scar, Cunswick Scar, and Benson Knott.
While cold-weather kit was not required, runners faced a mix of November conditions— low cloud, light rain, and damp trails, though nothing close to the biblical rain 2024 runner’s face during storm Bert.
