A rare constellation of over 80 stars from the running universe are aligning and will gather together at the NEC, Birmingham for The National Running Show 2026 this weekend (31st January to 1st February).
Three main stages and a wide range of dedicated spaces will feature elite runners, Olympians, community champions, industry experts, thought leaders and celebrities. All with the shared goal of inspiring, motivating, educating and informing in excess of 30,000 running enthusiasts, exciting and empowering them to fulfil their own personal challenges.

Stages including The Inspiration Stage, The Running Skills Theatre and The Ultra & Trail Stage will illuminate the stars featuring fireside chats with extraordinary individuals and pivotal panel discussions on 2026 trending topics. From track legends to trail champions, pro-athletes to emerging talent and TV stars to premium podcasters, the ‘who’s who’ in the running galaxy will come together in Birmingham to celebrate the UK’s biggest running community meet-up.
Exciting activities across two days include immersive experiences to suit every age and ability. Popular returning classics and new invigorating exploits include the incline Travelator, Fordy Runs Rave Run, Speaker Meet & Greets, The Pilates Studio, Book signings, a British Orienteering Trail and the Kids Zone.
