What links cities such as Marrakech, Rome or Paris within the international running calendar?

In 2026, Joma will be present in these and other venues on the global running circuit, supporting runners at events that form part of the international calendar and place the brand within a shared sporting agenda across Europe and Africa.

International presence across two continents

Joma’s international calendar will begin on January 25 in Marrakech, a marathon known for its strong popular character and a course that combines urban areas, palm groves and the distinctive landscape of southern Morocco, making it one of the key opening events of the season.

Activity will continue on March 22, with Joma present in two major European capitals. In Rome, the brand will take part in the ACEA Run Rome The Marathon, renowned for offering one of the most monumental routes on the European circuit, passing through some of the city’s most iconic historic landmarks. On the same day, Joma will also be present in Madrid at the Movistar Madrid Half Marathon, one of the benchmark events on the Spanish and European running calendar.

During April, Joma will continue its international journey with two key events. On April 11 and 12, the brand will be present at the Two Oceans Marathon in South Africa, a globally renowned race known for its toughness, strong tradition and its ability to bring together runners from all continents in a unique natural setting. On this occasion, Kenyan athlete Mercy Kibor, part of the #JomaTeam, claimed victory in her debut in the half marathon, recording an official time of 1:17:06.

The first half of the year will conclude on April 18 with the Santa Eulària Ibiza Marathon, an event that has established itself as one of the leading sports tourism races in the Mediterranean, with a course that connects different parts of the island.

Consolidation and growth on Europe’s major stages

In the second half of the year, Joma will resume its international calendar on October 11 in Paris, with the 20K de Paris, a distinctive sporting experience that welcomes its finishers at the Eiffel Tower and runs through the heart of the city, accompanied by orchestras and live music groups along the route.

Towards the end of October, Joma’s international presence will expand with two further European events. The Venice Marathon, taking place on October 25, stands out as one of the most unique marathons in the world, with a course that crosses historic areas and takes runners over bridges and canals. Around the same dates, Joma will also support runners at the Toulouse Toulouse Métropole Run Experience, a growing event firmly established on the French running calendar thanks to its fast course and strong organisation.

November will bring together some of the most emblematic races on the international calendar. On November 8, Joma will be present simultaneously at the Behobia–San Sebastián, a race defined by its atmosphere and the continuous support of spectators, and the Maratona do Porto, known for its Atlantic coastline route and international appeal.

Activity will continue on November 15 with the Nocturna de Toledo, a race that offers the opportunity to run through a historic city illuminated at night, before the season concludes on November 29 with the Firenze Marathon, one of the most prestigious marathons in Italy and Europe.

With this calendar, which is completed by participation in numerous additional races throughout the year, Joma approaches 2026 by continuing its international development and commitment to running, supporting athletes both at the main stages of the calendar and at many other events that form part of the brand’s ongoing connection with the sport.
