On Saturday, October 11, the planet’s top female triathletes will tackle the legendary Kona course — and UK fans can watch every moment live and free online.

Live coverage of the women’s professional race begins with the pre-race show and body marking at 3:30 p.m. BST, followed by the race start at 5:00 p.m. BST.

The 2025 IRONMAN Women’s World Championship broadcast will be anchored from the Hulihe‘e Palace studio in Kona, hosted by three-time IRONMAN World Champion Mirinda Carfrae and IRONMAN World Champion Greg Welch. They’ll be joined by five-time IRONMAN World Champion Daniela Ryf, IRONMAN Champion Fenella Langridge, and other special guests for on-course analysis and commentary.
Competitors will be racing for a $375,000 USD prize purse, with $125,000 USD for the winner and 6,000 IRONMAN Pro Series points on the line.
