The 2023 World Triathlon season promises to be another headline-grabbing year for the sport and with Triathlons popularity and continued growth Japanese Global sports brand giant ASICS extended their commitment to promote the sport around the globe, provide more race opportunities to more athletes than ever while providing their performance sport product and leading applications and technology support to the World Triathlon family.

Partnering with a leading company like ASICS will allow us to expand our reach, and will bring a bright future for our sport, with both of us committed always with universality and diversity and further developing triathlon and the younger athletes.”

The World Triathlon Team, the selected development squad of athletes from those National Federations with limited resources available will once again benefit from the support of the sportswear giant and new for this partnership is the inclusion of all Continental Confederation development programs which will enhance the development pathway allowing World Triathlon to support Triathlons global emerging talent who have Paris 2024 and LA2028 ambitions.

The renewed partnership will also provide World Triathlon, its Continental Confederations, National Federations and LOC’s access to and implement ASICS leading application and technology platforms for the first time. The move to the ASICS application and technology platforms will streamline the pre-race processes for triathletes and provide a central hub for information and results, creating a more efficient environment and database that will ultimately provide a better experience and transfer of knowledge at TRI events around the world.
