ASICS is today launching the GEL-KAYANO™ 30 shoe, the most comfortable stability running shoe featuring brand new technologies to provide runners with adaptive stability and unprecedented comfort during every step.

The combination of rigorous user testing, biomechanical science, sustainability, and decades of continuous improvement has enabled the development of new and innovative products and technologies, including the new GEL-KAYANO™ 30 shoe and its unique 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™.
The 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ works with the movement of the body to provide adaptive stability and enhanced support when runners need it most. The first three dimensions are no strangers to stability shoes: width, length, and depth. The unique addition of the fourth dimension, time, has enabled ASICS to reduce the amount of time spent in (over)pronation, resulting in a better supported and more comfortable run.
The GEL-KAYANO™ 30 also features new PureGEL™ technology which has previously been featured in the GEL-NIMBUS™ 25 shoes, providing runners with the softest landings to date. The PureGEL™ technology is strategically integrated in the midsole to deliver enhanced shock absorption and smoother transitions.
The addition of 20% more of the lightweight FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO cushioning and a 4mm increase in stack height, have also aided in improving the comfort level of the GEL-KAYANO™ 30 compared to its predecessors.
