With registrations from over 30 countries already, the international interest is as strong as ever and similar to last year’s edition, the race is expected to sell out before the deadline on 19th of March 2020.

From around 34 CHALLENGEFAMILY races in over 23 countries, CHALLENGESALOU will be kicking off the triathlon season in Europe, by being the first CHALLENGEFAMILY race of the year on European soil.

As in previous years, the €25.000 prize money and the CHALLENGEFAMILY World Bonus points, attract professionals from all over to the race in Salou (https://www.challenge-family.com/world-bonus/). Moreover, CHALLENGESALOU will be the first European qualifying race of the year to win slots for the World Championship THECHAMPIONSHIP in Samorin, Slovakia.

The race will start on Sunday 29th March at 8am. The first athlete to cross the finish line is expected around 11:50am at the Plaza de las Comunidades Autónomas, the epicenter of the event throughout the weekend.
