After realising the damage the clothing industry has on the environment, Mokimor founder, Eddie, decided to stop his fledgling clothing printing business and create a sportswear brand that had a positive impact on the Planet.

Mokimor is on a mission to make the best performance clothing that helps protect and restore our Planet, inspire adventure and celebrate originality.

Ditching the word sustainable as they feel it is misused by many companies, the team at Mokimor put the Planet first by striving to do less harm and more good in all they do. Their sportswear is climate positive, made from recycled fibres and from each sale they donate to environmental causes – currently partnering with Heal Rewilding, the UK rewilding charity taking action on nature recovery, climate change and wellbeing.

It was no easy start for the company. Covid caused the loss of their entire first batch of garments as their UK manufacturer was forced to permanently shut down. They moved production over to Portugal but then experienced numerous delays caused by the uncertain global times. With juggling other work commitments and a young family, there were times that it felt like Mokimor might not get off the ground.

So when Mokimor recently released their first product, a premium tech t-shirt crafted from waste, it meant so much more to them.

The distinct design of the t-shirt represents an idea at the heart of the brand – self-expression. Running is best when you are free to explore, have adventures and seek your own challenges.

The Mokimor Wave Running Tee is made from plastic bottles that would otherwise end up in landfills or our oceans. Instead, they are regenerated and made into cutting-edge fabric at a leading Italian performance fabric mill that is both GRS and Bluesign certified. The fabric is printed and manufactured ethically in Portugal.

Mokimor has extended its launch discount of 20% off to readers and currently offers free UK shipping and returns.
