PhD Nutrition has announced a relaunch in the UK built around wellness for the way women actually live.
It aims to be an honest take on how health and fitness fit into busy lifestyles, rather than a rigid routine or a flawless ideal, built by women who live in the real world and get it.
Feel Good Science champions women and their nutrition through clear guidance, smart supplementation and everyday reassurance. It’s designed for wellness seekers who want to prioritise their long-term health, backed by scientific recommendations rather than fads or short-term fixes.
Alongside the relaunch, PhD Nutrition unveils its Feel Good Collective, a community of inspiring women dedicated to changing the conversation around health, strength, longevity and wellbeing. The collective brings together some of the UK’s most recognisable names, including elite British athletes and Olympic medallists, Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill, Dame Laura Kenny and five-time Paralympian, Lucy Shuker, alongside broadcaster Clara Amfo and Women’s Health editor Claire Sanderson, each sharing their own experiences of what it means to prioritise wellbeing at every stage of life.
United by the belief that feeling good looks different for everyone, the Feel Good Collective celebrates a balanced approach to health, focusing on building strength, creating sustainable habits and embracing confidence over perfection. Every member offers a unique perspective, proving that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Together, they are encouraging women to invest in themselves through movement, nutrition, recovery and self-care, supported by science-backed products and expert advice.
Alongside the relaunch, PhD Nutrition has created an online hub with practical, evidence-led content including recipes, nutrition advice, wellbeing tips and training guides, making it easier to build healthy habits that last.
The PhD Nutrition range has been developed to support a range of health and fitness goals, from everyday wellbeing through to performance, recovery and active lifestyles. The collection, which is set to expand further in the coming months, includes protein powders, creatine, vitamins and supplements.
Daniel Lampard, Chief Commercial Officer at PhD Nutrition said, “PhD helped introduce millions of consumers to sports nutrition. Today we’re taking the next step in that journey. Wellness has evolved. Consumers are looking for trusted science rather than trends, products that fit real lives rather than perfect routines, and brands that make healthier living simpler rather than more complicated.”
PhD Nutrition products are available now via the brand’s website, Amazon and multiple retailers including Sainsbury’s, Holland & Barrett and Tesco.
