The brand is launching customised versions of its R-2000 and R-5000 shoes for the Paris 20K and the Florence Marathon: four elegant designs that match the prestige of two of Europe’s most beautiful cities and some of the most renowned events on the international calendar.

The exclusive collections include two distinct models designed to meet the needs of runners of all levels: the versatile, multipurpose R-2000 and the carbon plate-equipped R-5000.

Official Paris 20K shoes: inspired by the movement of the city streets

The special shoes for the Paris 20K draw inspiration from the city’s vibrant energy and the theme of the 47th edition: Paris fleurit à chaque foulée! They simulate the image of Paris
illuminated by multi-coloured flowers with every stride. The blue base represents the sky, while the floral elements evoke Parisian spring and the diversity of runners. The result is a shoe that blends dynamism, colour, and emotion, turning the event into an explosion of life on the streets of Paris.

Official Firenze Marathon shoes: a tribute to Florentine culture and art

This year, the shoe design takes inspiration from the cultural and poetic richness of Florence, drawing on imagery from Dante Alighieri, his Divine Comedy, and the Renaissance cosmos. Shades of blue, silver, and light blue evoke the sky and movement, while graphic references to Dante’s circles symbolize effort and the runner’s journey of overcoming. The result is a design that connects the city’s historic tradition with the contemporary energy of running in the Firenze Marathon.

Advanced technology and lab testing

All models have been rigorously tested in the lab to guarantee reliability, durability,
and maximum performance. Each component has been evaluated under extreme
conditions of impact, torsion, and wear, ensuring the shoes maintain their performance
across any type of course or racing situation.

  • R-2000 shoes: this option delivers a balanced experience with every stride, thanks to excellent cushioning, high responsiveness, and lightness—features that minimize effort while enhancing performance. The midsole with a 10 mm drop is built with dual materials to provide greater stability. At the rear, FLY REACTIVE technology—a lightweight, flexible material—offers excellent rebound while softening the landing. At the front, high-density phylon absorbs impact.
  • R-5000 shoes: this model incorporates CARBON PLATE technology in the midsole, combined with the next-generation FLY REACTIVE material. Together, these systems optimize running biomechanics and maximize speed without sacrificing comfort. In addition, they are perfect for reaching high paces in short-distance competitions without being limited by weight (247 grams).

Ultimately, both the footwear and the official shirt—sharing the same creative design
concept—will become a symbol for participants in these two major European races.
