Can You Beat the Green Man?

This Saturday, London runners are being challenged to chase down an unusual competitor.

To celebrate the launch of the Enertor Recovery Slide, performance brand Enertor is staging a race-day activation at the RunThrough VeloPark 10K, putting a mysterious “Green Man” on the start line – a runner racing in a full green morph suit.

The challenge is simple: beat him, and you win a free pair of Enertor Recovery Slides worth £65.

The Green Man will be racing alongside participants, daring anyone brave (and fast) enough to take him on. Spectators are encouraged to come and watch, with Enertor handing out freebies and bringing some fun, race-day energy to one of London’s most popular running events.

Designed by biomechanics experts with over 25 years’ experience in injury prevention and treatment, the Enertor Recovery Slide features market-leading shock absorption, absorbing 50% of impact to help relieve post-run pain and fatigue and support quicker recovery.

In athlete testing, 92% of runners reported feeling less pain or soreness after training, with the majority saying their legs felt less fatigued after use. They were even shown to speed up recovery.

The Enertor team will be on-site throughout the event, offering giveaways and giving runners a first look at the slides. Launching February 1st these slides are already on the feet of some incredible athletes including Usain Bolt and pro ultramarathon runner Jon Shield. With limited pairs available they are expected to sell out. Join the waitlist for first access and an exclusive 20% off.
