PUMA has unveiled the ForeverRun NITRO™ 3, the latest version of its stability road running shoe, featuring updated cushioning, a revised fit and improved support for everyday training.

Building on the success of the previous model, the ForeverRun NITRO™ 3 introduces a wider midsole platform, a redesigned fit and an upgraded dual-density NITROFOAM™ midsole, designed to offer a softer ride while maintaining the stability many runners look for on longer training runs.

The dual-density PEBA-based foam combines a soft, nitrogen-infused core for cushioning and energy return with a firmer outer rim that helps guide the foot through each stride. PUMA says the combination delivers a balance of comfort and support without feeling overly intrusive.

Support also comes from PUMA’s RUNGUIDE SYSTEM, which works alongside a TPU heel support to encourage a stable transition from heel strike through to toe-off.

The upper has also been updated with a breathable engineered knit, a more cushioned heel collar and a new last, all aimed at improving comfort and fit during daily mileage.

Underfoot, the shoe features PUMAGRIP rubber, designed to provide reliable grip across a range of road surfaces.
