Fitness technology company Wahoo Fitness have announced an integration with the adidas Running app and its ELEMNT RIVAL smartwatch and the ELEMNT range of bike computers.
adidas Running helps athletes track and monitor their sport performance. The app allows users to record their workout, join challenges, while sharing those workouts with a global community and become a Member of the adidas loyalty program, adiClub. While being active, users earn adiClub points which can be redeemed for adidas products, discounts and special events.
The integration will enable users to share the data collected on their Wahoo ELEMNT RIVAL smartwatch, or other Wahoo ELEMNT device, with the adidas Running app, via their profile on the ELEMNT app. This means runners can easily continue to track their workouts in real time through their account on the Wahoo ELEMNT app. The integration, available here, will work by linking your Wahoo account with an existing adidas Running account.

To celebrate the partnership, Wahoo and adidas Running have created the Wahoo x adidas cycling challenge, available in the adidas Running app here. Users can sign up for a chance to win a Wahoo ELEMNT ROAM bike computer.
The integration comes at the perfect time, after recent updates to the ELEMNT RIVAL watch. Sleep tracking is a recent addition to the RIVAL, allowing wearers to accurately measure their health insights and optimise their recovery and performance. The RIVAL also recently added target plan functionality and colour coordinated training zones.
